Coming Soon @ Common Beat
Development Programs at Common Beat are designed to benefit two different types of future musicians.
- I : Intermediate and Advanced Students will be given the chance to enhance their skills by joining peers of similar abilities in small guided ensembles.
- SuperJams : SuperJams are designed for students who have prior experience on guitar, bass, or keyboard. Small ensembles/bands will be formed and given supervision to help the students understand the difference between playing solo versus making music with their peers. All instructors have a broad knowledge of musical styles and are prepared to work on materials upon which each band decides. Existing bands will also benefit from SuperJams coachings by developing their original material and songwriting skills.
- Piano Ensembles : Groups as small as 2 students can enjoy piano duets for 1 piano/4 hands, while groups of 4 students can enjoy piano ensembles of 2 pianos/8 hands. By learning together with others at the same musical level, students will better appreciate the talents gained in their private lessons, and have the opportunity to use them in both practical and enjoyable ways.
- II : Infants, Toddlers, and Parents will soon be invited to join the Common Beat family. It is widely agreed upon that very young children exposed to musical learning environments develop much faster reading, mathematics, and problem-solving skills than those without. Because of this obvious benefit for your children, Common Beat is currently researching well-tested methodologies to ensure the best future and atmosphere available for your young ones.
